DELIVERY:

All packages are shipped via Pošta Slovenije, for items in stock within 5 working days, and for custom-made clothing within 15 working days. Delivery costs for individual countries depend on the area.

Personal pickup is also possible at the Atelje Dobrovoljc store, Pražakova 8, Ljubljana.

PAYMENT METHODS:

The online store allows the following payment methods:

• by cash on delivery via Pošta Slovenije

• according to a pro forma invoice (UPN order) to the company's account,

• with Paypal to the company account,

• with a payment or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, BA Maestro)

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@goodwill.si within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns and exchanges are only valid for unworn and unwashed items. Items returned within 14 days will receive a full refund.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
